1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your coaching institute to create an owner or manager account. You are responsible for keeping your account and login secure and for all activity under it.

2. The Service

VidyaHQ helps coaching institutes manage students, batches, attendance, fees, invoices, notifications and reports. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Subscription & billing

• Access is offered on a subscription basis, which may begin with a trial and then renew at the then-current monthly price.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (including via UPI AutoPay mandates) until cancelled. You authorise us and our payment partner to charge the applicable fees.
• You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes.

4. Your data & acceptable use

You own the institute data you enter and are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store it (including student and parent details). You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by VidyaHQ and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your institute.

6. Third-party services

Payments, messaging and analytics are provided by third parties (e.g. Razorpay, Meta WhatsApp, Google Firebase). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidyaHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
