Refund Policy

Subscriptions

VidyaHQ is offered as a recurring subscription. Any trial period and the monthly price are shown to you before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

• Subscription fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods or unused time.
• If you were charged in error or due to a technical fault, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay), typically within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email vidyahq@gmail.com from your registered number with your account details and the transaction date. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
